Internal Communications Associate

A leading global investment and technology firm are seeking a skilled communicator to join their communications team as an Internal Communications Associate , in their New York office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment, developing and executing internal communications strategies while gaining insight into the firm’s businesses and operations, with significant opportunities for professional growth . The role Develop internal communications strategies and programs. Collaborate across various teams, including the firm’s leadership, to draft key business updates and strategic initiatives. Help edit and improve communication, for example company-wide announcements, blog posts, live events and videos. Support process management and improvement, from idea generation through execution. Required experience and qualifications Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record, plus 2-5 years experience in communications, professional writing/ editorial role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively. Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in finance or tech is a plus but not required.
