Experienced Speech Language Pathologist

We are currently seeking experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (minimum 2 years experience preferred) to join our growing team. What You’ll Do Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner Contribute ideas, clinical insight, and positive team culture Ideal Candidate Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas Minimum 2 years pediatric experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Experience with a variety of speech/language disorders and age ranges Organized, collaborative, and family-centered Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team Preference may be given to clinicians comfortable with evaluations and case management. Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus: Feeding therapy Myofunctional therapy Auditory verbal therapy Voice therapy Bilingual therapy Growth Opportunities As Bliss continues to expand throughout the North Texas area, we are actively building future clinical leadership infrastructure within the organization.
