Position Details Pay Model: Employee Pay Per Visit (W2) Rate: $50–$80/hour Benefits Eligibility: 20 hours/week guaranteed (full benefits at 30+ hours/week) Schedule: Begin with guaranteed 20 hours per week (20+ hours with benefits) and the opportunity to gradually grow into a Full‑time role (30+ hours). Create engaging, effective therapy plans tailored to each child. Empower patients and families, helping children find their voice and build meaningful connections.
