Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, access control, and other security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verify authorized access when required, and assist with visitor directions, tenant inquiries, and other customer service needs. Support property operations by observing for unusual activity, policy violations, hazards, and/or unsecured areas, then communicating findings according to site procedures. Minimum Requirements Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Having a guard card or license is preferred. Having alarm panel experience is preferred. Being able to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
