Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and telecommunications location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions related to the location.
• Monitor entry points, credentials, and/or sensitive areas while following post orders and reporting security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a professional presence, completing required reports, and assisting with security-related procedures for employees, contractors, and/or guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
