A well-established, growth-oriented company operating across multiple states is adding a Sales Support Specialist reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. This is a confidential search. Company details are shared with qualified candidates after an initial conversation.

The Role

You are the administrative backbone for a geographically dispersed sales organization: Regional Account Directors, National and Regional Account Executives, and the CRO. The job has three legs. Keep the CRM and pipeline data clean enough that leadership can forecast from it. Keep every business registration, license, certificate, and vendor qualification the company needs to pursue and perform work across states, counties, and municipalities current and findable. Take the administrative load off Account Executives so they can stay in front of customers.

What You Will Do

• Own CRM data quality across customers, opportunities, contacts, and pipeline, and resolve gaps with Account Executives and Regional Directors
• Compile and validate pipeline information across regional and national teams, and build the recurring reports and dashboards the CRO runs the business from
• Track business registrations, licenses, certificates, and vendor qualifications across jurisdictions, manage expiration and renewal dates, and escalate anything that could block work
• Prepare customer onboarding documentation, vendor applications, qualification packages, certificates, and forms for Account Executives
• Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires: system access, materials, checklists, and completion tracking
• Maintain the central library of sales tools, templates, and training materials, and coordinate training sessions
• Build standardized processes, trackers, and templates that let the commercial organization scale
• Serve as the connector between Sales and Finance, Operations, HR, and Marketing

Who This Fits

• 3 to 5+ years in sales operations, sales support, commercial administration, or business operations
• Hands-on CRM experience maintaining business data, not just entering it
• Strong Excel, including pivot tables and lookups, with comfort working in pipeline and forecast data
• Experience tracking licenses, registrations, vendor documentation, or compliance records with renewal deadlines
• Experience supporting a sales team spread across multiple locations or regions
• Organized enough to run several trackers at once and catch what others miss
• Able to create structure in a growing company where the process does not exist yet

Full time, in office, Monday through Friday, in the North Dallas area.
