Key Responsibilities For The Human Resources Administrator Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and new hire documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and HR communications. Coordinate employment verifications, background checks, and HR-related reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Qualifications For The Human Resources Administrator 2+ years of Human Resources, HR Administration, or related experience. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of HR practices, employee records management, and compliance requirements. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
