Human Resources Temp Associate (On-site, Ybor City, FL)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, 2 months minimum, but no more than 3-4 months
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrative Associate to support Human Resources operations through administrative and clerical activities. This role is responsible for managing employee paperwork, maintaining confidential records, assisting with HR documentation, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and capable of handling sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Essential Responsibilities

Process, organize, and maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.

Scan, file, and store confidential employee documents in accordance with company policies.

Review forms for accuracy and completeness.

Support data entry and record maintenance within HR systems and spreadsheets.

Assist with auditing personnel records to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, payroll, and personnel information.

Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, printing, and document preparation.

Support special HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Previous clerical, administrative, office support, or HR administrative experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
-
Prior Human Resources support experience.

Experience maintaining employee records or personnel files.

Familiarity with HRIS systems and electronic document management.
