Sales Operations Manager

Mimecast Limited is seeking a Senior Manager of Renewal Operations in the United States with responsibility for establishing renewals forecasting, performance reporting and operating cadence. You will design the renewal framework for a new BPO resource model and plan the expansion of the NA renewals function into EMEA and APAC. You will collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success and Legal to align forecasting, compensation and renewal processes, driving adoption of new tools and #J-18808-Ljbffr Mimecast
