We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success.As a Sales Operations Manager, you will help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This is a pivotal role that supports sales planning, forecasting, reporting, CRM management, and day-to-to operations, while helping to streamline processes and improve the overall sales experience.ResponsibilitiesSupporting sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.Manage Clinch's CRM by providing reports, analytics, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records, sales documents, contracts, proposals, and customer information.Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, travel, demonstrations, and other client-related logistics.Support sales representatives throughout the sales cycle, including communication with prospects, clients, and cross-departmental teams.Establish regular cadence of bi-directional lead/pipeline reporting with key marketing team stakeholders as related to growth-oriented sales-marketing initiatives.Generate and process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up.Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of sales activities, reporting, and customer needs.Identify opportunities to improve sale processes, organization, and efficiency.Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team.Requirements2+ years of proven experience in sales operations or a related role within the ad tech industry.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Experience with CRM (i.e., Pipedrive, Salesforce) and Project Management tools.
