The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in implementing,operatingand supporting sales technology tools, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. Whatyou’llbe doing The primary responsibilities for our nextSalesOperations Managerwill be: Sales Technology Management: Administer andoptimizeGroove and Dialpad platforms to support sales processes and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sales Cloud and other systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Sales Process Optimization: Partner with Sales to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency, ensuring that sales processes align with businessobjectives. Provide best practices, actionableguidanceand support to help sales team members effectivelyutilizingsales tools and processes. Data Management and Analysis: Oversee data quality and cleanliness within sales tools. Analyze sales performance data, generate reports, andprovideactionable insights to sales teams for improved productivity. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams: Establishstrong communicationchannels with sales teams acrossFieldwireand other Hilti Software product teams to understand their needs and align sales operations strategies accordingly. Provide (train the trainer)training and support to sales teams inutilizingSales Cloud, Groove, Dialpad and other sales operations tools for efficient usage. ShareFieldwiresales operations toolutilizationexperience with other Hilti Software product teams tofacilitatefast and effective onboarding. Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommendnew technologiesthat can enhance the overallsalesoperations. Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate new technologies seamlessly. AtFieldwire,we’relooking for our nextSales Operations Managerto have the following skills and experiences Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science. 3+ Years experience as a Sales Operations Manager with Salesforce Sales Cloud and commonly connected tools (e.g.Groove, Dialpad). Knowledge of sales operations best practices and principles. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong ability to work independently, consistently showing self-motivation and the capability to complete tasks autonomously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Salesforce,Grooveor similar certifications. Construction Experience:Previousexperience within the construction industry is highly valued. Compensation: The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $90,000-$115,000 The salary rangerepresentsthe low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills,qualificationsand experience.
