• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging customers.
