Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Bloomington/Indianapolis W, IN (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products across Indiana territories. The role involves building relationships with medical professionals, communicating clinical benefits, managing accounts, and driving sales while supporting patients with serious illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical knowledge of Amgen bone health products to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, educational programs, and branded messaging
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions based on customer needs, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze territory effectiveness, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and maintain focus on serving patients throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's degree with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent with Associate's/high school and more years experience
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales experience preferred
• Experience in specialty areas such as oncology, cardiology, bone health, rheumatology, or related fields
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills focused on sales outcomes
• Life Sciences or Business Administration degree preferred

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base
