Job Description

Our customer is an industry leading auto loan specialist and was voted one of DFW's Best Companies t o Work For in two consecutive years . They are currently looking for candidates to join their team as a TITLE PROCRESSOR

SUMMARY: Reviews title documents and processes title packages sent to the state and county dmv's for lien perfection.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Ensures company service levels are upheld; completes title process within the designated time frame after payoff to existing lienholder.
• Verifies title documents are accurate and/or acceptable per each state dmv's requirements.
• Works efficiently to meet departmental goals.
• Manages work load and diligently follows up with previous lienholder/customer on outstanding items
• Investigates and resolves issues related to title work rejected from the dmv.
• Enters and notates required data into system.
• Guides other departments with information related to acceptable documents and policies.
• Completes Final Title Reviews.
• Assists Manager and other team members as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

College degree preferred or multi-year experience in similar role.

EXPERIENCE :

1-2 years auto refinance experience.

SKILLS:

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality results.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Internet based applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to type minimum of 35 wpm
