Your role will encompass:

• Supporting surgical initiatives by preparing, sterilizing, and organizing the operating environment
• Upholding stringent sterile conditions and following infection prevention protocols
• Assisting surgeons by providing essential instruments and supplies promptly
• Handling and caring for surgical equipment throughout procedures
• Overseeing and ensuring all supplies are in place for operations

Educational expectations:

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Required certifications:

• Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is essential
