Senior Financial AnalystAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll bring financial modeling expertise and sound judgment to drive the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that shape decisions across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of driver-based financial models, planning and consolidation systems, and executive-level reporting. You will work with a high degree of independence, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations leaders while owning work that directly impacts how the business plans, forecasts, and measures performance.What You Will Do:Budgeting & ForecastingOwn the annual budget and periodic reforecast cycles, including calendar, templates, and consolidation of department submissionsBuild and maintain driver-based financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and long-range forecastingPartner with business leaders on forecasting and decision supportReporting & DashboardsProduce the monthly reporting package and KPI scorecard, including variance commentary and executive-ready PowerPoint materials for leadershipAnalyze monthly results vs. expectation; explain variances and key business driversDesign, build, and maintain reports that deliver actionable insights to finance and cross-functional teamsDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards in Excel and AI business intelligence tools to visualize KPIs and key financial metricsAI-Enabled Analysis & Process ImprovementLeverage AI tools to accelerate model building, variance research, and narrative drafting, and to expand the depth of analysis the team can deliverHelp establish team standards for reliable, reviewable use of AI in financial and operational analysisIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring reporting and planning processes, in conjunction with accounting, treasury and financeCross-Functional Partnership & Accounting SupportWork with teams across departments to align analytics solutions with key business goals and operational strategiesSupport month-end close activitiesPerform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth financial operations and business continuityWho You Are:You Have:A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, or similar.5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, working with data & analytics, forecasting, and reporting.High proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence.Experience with SAP and preferably OneStream or HFM.High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve the speed, depth, or quality of financial analysis.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Experience with data conversions and data mapping across multiple ERPs and reporting systems.Understanding of consolidation, planning, and reporting systems and related infrastructure.Effective time management and organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
