We're hiring you to make decisions, so it's only fair we give you the tools to do the job.Our Ideal Candidate:Is a current GM from a retail or restaurant environment who is passionate about personal, hands-on service for their customers and can show how they've grown in previous roles. Is an absolute pro who knows what affects the P&L, can execute a business plan and would never compromise on the quality of the products they serve/sell.Has a strong desire to increase sales and build relationships in the community, and is a great coach who can identify and develop awesome talent (experience hiring seasonal workers a plus!)What Makes Us Different?We're a 65+ year old brand with uncompromised quality...but we're #notstuffy.
