Preferred qualifications include a culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution, experience working in an Italian cuisine restaurant, and familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities include preparing and portioning ingredients for daily menu items, ensuring freshness and quality, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pantry and kitchen areas, assisting in the preparation of sauces, dressings, and other components as directed by the head chef, monitoring inventory levels and assisting in ordering supplies as needed, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

The required skills for this position include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferred.
