Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Active NH and MA real estate license, or currently pursuing licensure
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Real estate or sales experience preferred (2+ years is a plus, but newly licensed agents are welcome)
• Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
• Coachable and eager to learn proven systems and scripts
• Organized with strong time management skills
