Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual and group therapy, while employing evidence-based methodologies to foster healing and growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address multiple facets of client well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in providing mental health counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with a background in trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or family therapy will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
