Service Cashier Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Service Department and provide friendly, efficient support
• Process service payments accurately, including cash, card, and warranty transactions
• Close repair orders and maintain organized payment and invoice records
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and directing customer inquiries
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians with light administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintain a clean, professional cashier and customer waiting area
• Contribute to smooth day-to-day service operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience with every visit

Service Cashier Qualifications

• Previous cashier, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments and paperwork
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and familiarity with office systems
• Ability to learn dealership software and follow established processes

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
