They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers-folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. - Respond to job inbound and outbound leads promptly and professionally
- Coordinate schedules and material orders for multiple craftsmen and projects
- Utilize dispatching and schedule management software efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing social media and maintaining websites.
- Engage in outbound sales for lead prospecting and networking activities as needed and grow the book of business
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales or similar experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service expertise
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
