Conduct needs‑based consultations and recommend the best available plans. Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to finish. Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and complete enrollments. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity. Represent Iron Crest Solutions professionally within the community. Relationship Building Develop lasting relationships with customers.
