Job description:
Cook Out Restaurants is looking for a customer service representative to support and grow our team. This person will be based out of our Thomasville, NC office. Customer service representative responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our stores, and operations team, help with recruiting, customer service calls, and maintaining multiple databases. If you are familiar with Customer Service we would like to meet you!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide administrative support to all management and operations
- Place job ad's on various sites
- Schedule interviews
- Work within Google Sheets to maintain all data entry
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with customer calls
- Able to work weekends and holidays (we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Able to work opening and closing shifts.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Skills
- Entry - level with experience in Customer Service, specifically in the restaurant industry
- Restaurant experience is a plus!!
- Proactive approach to work, you like to solve problems and don’t wait for someone to give you the answer
- Extremely organized and detail oriented!
- Can manage multiple things at once and are structured about your work
- Experience in customer service is a must!
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize based on business needs
- Proficiency in Google drive (word and sheets)
Customer Service Representative Benefits
