Production Coordinator

We are looking for a freelance Production Coordinator for a top apparel company hybrid out of their LA offices! Pay rate: $24.00-$33.33/hr based on experience Responsibilities: Maintain and update internal production logs and files. Run daily WIP reports to review updated shipment status for all styles by delivery. Request and review shipping documents. Work closely with cross-functional depertments to ensure timely approvals, including bulk approvals and production lit approvals. Support the setup and maintenance of the cost log. Manage reordors and late adds. Input itemized cost breakdowns for garment components into FlexPLM. Facilitate communication between vendors/agents and cross-functional departments. Send UPC codes to factories for all styles. Review SGS testing and approve care/content labels; upload approved labels into Support and troubleshoot any production related issues. Required Qualifications:PLM, SAP, and IBT experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quick data entry skills Strong organizational and time-management skills. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Education and/or ExperienceApparel related associates or bachelor's Degree Minimum 3 years prior experience Computer SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with an emphasis on spreadsheet manipulation Updating Inbox and Deleted Items.
