We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls and provide professional assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating by phone, gathering and documenting information, and using a computer database to maintain accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Listen carefully to customers and determine the purpose of each call.
• Provide accurate information and assistance based on company policies and procedures.
• Collect and verify customer information during each interaction.
• Enter call details and customer information accurately into the company database.
• Document the reason for each call, actions taken, and any required follow-up.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer records.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Handle multiple calls and data-entry tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous customer service, call center, office, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Accurate typing and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information.
• Professional, patient, and courteous telephone manner.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
