Talent Consultant (Operations Background Welcome)

Full-Time | Base $52,000 – $60,000

At Abel Personnel , we’re looking for someone who understands how businesses run and is ready to apply that knowledge in a fast-paced, people-focused role.

No prior recruiting experience required—we provide the training. What matters most is your ability to prioritize, communicate, and drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs across multiple departments
• Recruit and interview candidates for roles including customer service, administrative support, accounting, data entry, and professional positions
• Manage multiple open roles while maintaining organization and urgency
• Conduct phone and in-person/virtual interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Track performance metrics, including interviews, placements, and starts
• Guide candidates through the hiring process—from first conversation to onboarding

What We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in candidates who have supported or led operations across multiple functions, such as:

• Operations Management or Business Operations
• Call Center or Customer Service Leadership
• Workforce Coordination or Staffing Support
• Project or Program Coordination
• Office Operations with exposure to multiple departments

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience working across different teams or departments
• Are comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Have interviewed, coached, or managed employees
• Are goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics
• Communicate clearly and build relationships quickly
• Stay organized while managing competing priorities

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary: $52,000 – $60,000 , based on experience
• Additional earning potential as you grow into full-cycle recruiting, including Direct Hire opportunities
