Quality Manager

Position Title: Quality ManagerWage: Based on ExperienceOur client in Richfield, WI is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and strengthen their quality systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining high standards of product and process quality while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.If you’re passionate about building scalable quality systems and making a measurable impact, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, quality-focused organization.What You’ll Do:Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirementsOversee quality assurance and quality control activities across operationsConduct internal audits and support external audits and certificationsDrive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Monitor quality metrics and provide reporting and insights to leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and improve processesLead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesManage documentation control, change processes, and quality recordsProvide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practicesSupport supplier quality evaluation and performance monitoringWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or similar rolesStrong understanding of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards)Experience with audits, CAPA, and root cause analysisProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholdersStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsNice to Have:Certifications such as ASQ (CQM, CQE) or Six SigmaExperience in [insert client’s industry here]Familiarity with ERP or quality management systemsWhy This Role:Opportunity to own and elevate the quality functionWork closely with leadership and make a direct impact on business outcomesJoin a team committed to continuous improvement and operational excellenceIND345Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
