**Washington County Manufacturing company looking for Quality Manager!!

**Key duties and responsibilities may include:

**

• The ideal candidate has experience managing quality teams, implementing structured quality tools, and elevating quality performance in a fast

  ‑

  paced heavy

  ‑

  fabrication environment.

• Responsible for Quality Leadership, Quality Engineering Oversight, Advanced Quality Tools, Weld Quality Management, Customer & Regulatory Compliance, Root Cause & Corrective Action, Supplier Quality, Audit Management, Quality metrics & Cross-Functional Collaboration.

**Preferred Qualifications:

**

• 7+ years of manufacturing quality experience; heavy fabrication strongly preferred

• Experience managing quality teams or leading quality engineering functions

• Proficiency with PPAPs, PFMEAs/DFMEAs, QFD, process maps, and structured quality tools

• Strong understanding of welding processes, weld inspection, and WPS/PQR requirements

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication standards

• Experience with ISO-based quality systems (ISO-9001 or similar)

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

**Job Specifications:

Pay Range: $100-125K DOE

Shift(s): 1st shift

Hours: 5a-1:30p
