Bilingual Office Assistant
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
$16/hour
Customer service and administrative experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via text and email.
- Qualify new leads and schedule in-home estimates.
- Confirm appointments and prepare the daily estimate schedule.
- Follow up on proposals and pending quotes.
- Collect customer deposits and process payments.
- Track orders and provide customer updates.
- Coordinate installation schedules.
- Send installation confirmations and reminders.
- Prepare installer work orders.
- Confirm outstanding balances before installations.
- Schedule repair and service appointments
- Order materials and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
We’re looking for someone who is bilingual, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
