- Partnerclosely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team tocommunicate growth initiatives, business performance, and strategicopportunities.
- Helpshape long-term growth strategy while ensuring marketing investments arealigned with enterprise objectives and value creation goals.
- Act asa visible ambassador for the organization, strengthening brand awarenessand market leadership across healthcare, employer, physician, and consumeraudiences.
- Developand own the comprehensive marketing strategy across both business units,including demand generation, retail acquisition, brand development, anddigital marketing.
- Architectthe marketing roadmap to support aggressive growth goals across both B2Baudiences (employers, brokers, consultants, and physicians) and B2Caudiences (patient acquisition and retention).
- Ownannual marketing planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resourceallocation.
- Define,hire, and scale the marketing organization in alignment with revenue goalsand long-term business objectives.
- Evaluateand continuously evolve the organization's marketing capabilities,operating model, technology infrastructure, agency partnerships, andtalent strategy to support future growth.
- Buildscalable marketing systems, processes, and measurement frameworks thatsupport expansion into new markets and customer segments.
- Leadenterprise-wide growth initiatives that strengthen customer acquisition,retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Designand execute sophisticated lead-generation campaigns targeting employed andindependent physicians considering a transition to concierge medicine.
- Leadmulti-channel demand generation programs targeting employers, benefitsbrokers, consultants, and other strategic partners.
- Optimizethe full funnel from awareness and engagement through pipeline creation,sales-qualified opportunities, and revenue attribution.
- Overseeaccount-based marketing, events, webinars, partner marketing initiatives,and sales enablement programs.
- Collaborateclosely with Sales leadership on pipeline health, forecasting, accountprioritization, and growth strategies.
- Drivepatient acquisition and appointment volume through integrated campaignsspanning paid media, organic search, social media, direct mail, localactivations, community engagement, and partnership marketing.
- Leadbrand strategy, creative direction, positioning, and messaging thatdifferentiates the organization in a competitive healthcare landscape.
- Developand optimize customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email,SMS, CRM automation, retargeting, and loyalty programs.
- Enhancecustomer engagement and retention strategies to maximize long-term patientvalue and advocacy.
- Ownmarketing KPIs and foster a culture of measurement, experimentation,optimization, and accountability.
- Deployadvanced analytics to support attribution modeling, customer acquisitioncost optimization, lifetime value analysis, and cohort tracking.
- Presentperformance dashboards, growth forecasts, and strategic recommendations toexecutive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Deliverexecutive-level reporting and growth insights that connect marketinginvestment directly to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and businessperformance.
- Developforecasting models and measurement frameworks that support strategicplanning, resource allocation, and enterprise growth objectives.
- Build,mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization with clearcareer paths, performance standards, and leadership developmentopportunities.
- Cultivatea culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuousimprovement.

- 15+years of progressive marketing leadership experience, includingresponsibility for enterprise growth strategy, customer acquisition, andorganizational leadership.
- Demonstratedsuccess driving both B2B demand generation and B2C customer acquisitionwith measurable revenue impact.
- Proventrack record driving growth within multi-site, multi-market, orhigh-growth organizations.
- Experienceleading integrated marketing programs spanning digital, analytics,content, brand, creative, CRM, and field marketing.
- Demonstratedsuccess building and scaling marketing organizations within high-growth orprivate equity-backed environments.
- Provenability to translate marketing investments into measurable businessoutcomes, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, pipelinegeneration, and profitability.
- Experiencepresenting business performance, growth initiatives, and strategicrecommendations to executive leadership teams, investors, or boards ofdirectors.
