Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

As an AP Specialist, you will work in an office-based setting within our Accountant department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ. Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch Responsibilities Process AP invoices Match POs to invoices Process POs in workflow and upload to Traverse and DocUnity Update CTF spreadsheets Post cash receipts ad disbursements weekly and/or monthly Receive and post rent payments from Housing (primarily at month end) Deposit monthly DDD and regular Escrow checks Deposit and post Trento rents from consumers Other projects as assigned Benefits Competitive salary Supplemental income Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) Generous paid time off benefits Opportunity for personal and career growth Team oriented environment – we practice the FISH! Philosophy Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years bookkeeping experience; Candidate must be detail-oriented; excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Valid Driver's License required. All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing, and pre-employment drug screening.
