Job Details Job Location: Big Tex Corp - Mount Pleasant, TX 75455 Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities Review vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving reports. Process ACH, check, and wire payments accurately and on time. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies. Coordinate inventory financing payments and track repayments. Record inventory purchases accurately in the general ledger. Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of accounts payable and inventory processes. #BTM123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
