Banquet Captain

Responsibilities: Work with the Banquet and/or Catering Directors to manage, organize, and monitor banquet events Coordinate and oversee physical setup requirements and execution Requisition and maintain control over inventories of china, glassware, silverware, equipment, and uniforms Interact and coordinate details with other departments Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
