What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting and newborn nursery
• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries in partnership with obstetric and perinatal teams
• Deliver patient-centered care to a daily census of approximately 9-11 neonates
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, nurses, and respiratory therapists
• Mentor and support NICU nursing and respiratory therapy staff as patient acuity increases
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to strategic growth and expansion of the NICU program
• Maintain strong communication with hospital leadership and staff

What You Need

• Required:
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
• Preferred:
• Previous NICU experience
• Strong collaborative and leadership skills
