Product Manager Mobile

Product Manager Mobile Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. The Product Manager Mobile owns the strategy, roadmap, and feature sets for the Family Dollar Mobile Applications, acting as the intersection between business, user experience, and technology. The Product Manager will be heavily engaged in the entire product lifecycle—from conception to launch and beyond—by collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver value. Responsibilities Define and drive a product roadmap aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and platform capabilities. Own the end-to-end customer experience. Outline the long-term goals for a product. Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities. Collaborate with engineering to ensure secure, high-quality, and performant implementation of features. Decide which features to build next based on business value, technical feasibility, and impact. Manage, coach, develop, mentor, and evaluate the individual contributors. Coordinate sprint planning, releases, and retrospectives, utilizing data-driven approaches. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in product management, or 4-5+ years in related roles such as software development, marketing, or project management. Understanding of software development lifecycles, UI/UX design principles, and A/B testing. Ability to think strategically and add value to the business. Highly motivated with the ability to function independently and solve problems. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members. Knowledge of React Native coding best practices. Knowledge of Java and Swift coding best practices. Knowledge of Oracle Commerce (a plus). Location Full time position located at 510 Volvo Parkway, Chesapeake, Virginia, 23320.
