Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients from all age ranges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client notes and records to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Manage scheduling and ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring an organized calendar to accommodate their needs effectively.

• Utilize our billing service to streamline claims processing, manage client accounts receivable, and perform benefits and eligibility checks, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population encompasses individuals and couples from various backgrounds, ages, and presenting concerns. We cater to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or a related field, with a valid and active LCSW license to practice independently in New York.

• Demonstrated professionalism, a strong understanding of therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, and exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience and/or training in working with couples is highly regarded and will be considered a strong asset.

• Previous involvement in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus, ideally with exposure to telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance-based bonuses may be available. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a robust benefits package that includes:
