Verify pallet labels, counts, measurements, and product identification. Operate a forklift to move and stage materials safely. Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and traceability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packaging area. Follow all company safety, PPE, and ISO procedures. Support production and shipping operations as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience required. Strong forklift operating skills (forklift assessment required during the interview process). Valid driver's license required. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a safety‑first mindset. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Safety & Work Environment Work in a climate‑controlled manufacturing facility with spot coolers. Facility handles lead‑based materials and follows strict safety protocols. Must be able to wear a half‑mask respirator during the shift. Daily showering after work and periodic blood testing are required as part of company safety standards. Must follow all PPE requirements and company operating procedures.
