Parts Sales Specialist

Description Position Overview The Parts Sales Specialist is responsible for driving parts sales by developing customer relationships, identifying equipment and parts needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring customers receive the right parts and solutions in a timely manner. This position works closely with customers, sales teams, suppliers, and internal departments to deliver excellent service while achieving sales and profitability goals. Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate parts, attachments, and equipment solutions. Generate parts sales through phone calls, email, and online inquiries. Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests, quotes, and orders. Prepare accurate parts quotations and follow up on open opportunities. Research parts availability, pricing, specifications, and lead times. Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related parts, attachments, and accessories. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems. Work with the sales, service, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues. Stay knowledgeable about company products, equipment, attachments, and industry trends. Meet or exceed established sales, customer service, and activity goals. Help develop new customer accounts and expand existing business. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, inventory systems, and email. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow sales. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Mechanical or equipment knowledge is a plus but not required.
