Compensation:

$20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the in-room dining team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high service standards.
• Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel valued and motivated to excel.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring availability and minimizing waste.
