General Production Worker - Overnight Shift

Pay: $23.00/hour + Overtime

Schedule: 2nd Shift (Overnight) | Monday to Thursday | 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM

Hours: 50-60 hours per week available

Location: Production Facility

We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Production Workers to join our growing production team. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by moving materials, unbagging products, unpackaging ingredients, and assisting line operators to maintain production efficiency. • Move products and materials throughout the production facility
• Unbag and unpackage raw materials for production
• Support line operators to maintain productivity and efficiency
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Remain standing and active for extended periods throughout the shift

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for 10+ hours per shift
• Basic English reading and comprehension skills
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• 1-2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Experience working in food manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of GMPs, FDA regulations, or food safety standards
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience involving hydraulics, drives, chains, belts, valves, and motors
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Welding experience

• $23/hour starting pay
• Consistent overtime available (50-60 hours weekly)

This position is performed in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Team members frequently lift materials, work alongside production operators, and support daily production goals while following all safety procedures and quality standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
