Requirements:

Prior manufacturing experience working in a production environment is preferred but not required. Candidates who have previous experience with operating fillers and or packaging equipment is ideal.
Environment may be hot or cold depending on the time of the year and location of equipment in the plant.
Accurately document process results and equipment downtimes.
Willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Supervisor instructions.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. various times during the shift.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, ascending/descending stairs and ladders.
Previous forklift or power pallet hack certification is a nice to have.
** Candidates must qualify onsite for forklift and or electric pallet jack certification.

Main Responsibilities:

Skilled operation of equipment and tasks involved with each of the job areas.
Follow all safety work practices and adhere to plant Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure production of a quality product in compliance with Company, Federal and State guidelines.
Some experience with basic sanitation tasks required from production equipment. Training provided for specific pieces of equipment.
Attention to detail in the following order Safety, Quality and Efficiency.
