Assistant Manager Trainee

The Assistant Manager Trainee plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales teams and maximizing revenue.

Daily responsibilities include:

Attend mandatory training sessions to acquire system knowledge, gain an understanding of sales strategies, and stay up to date on products and services.
Achieve all sales targets and deliver results by building relationships with customers.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
Coordinate customer meetings to negotiate and close contracts with clients.

Requirements of an Assistant Management Trainee:

Must be able to commute to the office every
12 months or more of experience in a client facing
Demonstrated leadership ability in a professional
Willing to work all scheduled hours which may include evenings and
