Assistant Manager Trainee
The Assistant Manager Trainee plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales teams and maximizing revenue.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Attend mandatory training sessions to acquire system knowledge, gain an understanding of sales strategies, and stay up to date on products and services.
- Achieve all sales targets and deliver results by building relationships with customers.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
- Coordinate customer meetings to negotiate and close contracts with clients.
Requirements of an Assistant Management Trainee:
- Must be able to commute to the office every
- 12 months or more of experience in a client facing
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a professional
- Willing to work all scheduled hours which may include evenings and
