Make Ready Technician

Make Ready Technician Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 30 properties and over 3,000 units in the greater Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas. We treat people the way we want to be treated We do the right thing ESPECIALLY when no one is looking We ask for help when we need it Make Ready Technician Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Make Ready Technician that will service our propertiesprimarily in the Gladstone and Kansas City, MO areas, but will also occasionally service the other properties in our portfolio as necessary. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status in a timely manner and according to the Regional Maintenance Lead’s timetable. In addition, the Make Ready Technician will assist the Maintenance Technician with maintenance tickets and the Groundskeeper in the upkeep of both the exterior and the interior of the property. Successful candidates will be responsible to provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis.
