This is an amazing opportunity for electronics technicians to join a growing team with a competitive starting rate of $28/hour , elite hands-on technical training, and real career growth in electronics and hardware engineering.
Highlights
- $28-$32 hourly (depending on skills and experience)
- 2nd Shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM — both being considered)

What You'll Do
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex server hardware
- Isolate hardware failures down to the component level
- Analyze and repair enterprise server, storage, and networking equipment
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in electronics diagnostics
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise servers and networking equipment
- Board-level diagnostics and high-speed digital circuit experience
- Precision soldering and electronic component replacement skills
- Familiarity with hardware testing, calibration, and firmware updates
A Note on Training & Schedule
The first two months include an intensive training program in Mexico, during which the schedule is 6 days per week. After training, the role transitions to a standard 2nd shift schedule (5 days/week)
