Bilingual Account Manager, Group Sales (Spanish/English) Start Date: September 1st, 2026 Applicants must live or relocate to the state of Massachusetts or be within commutable distance to our Cambridge, MA office. The Role As an Account Manager, you’ll use your attention to detail, relationship‑building skills, and sales instincts to support Group Coordinators—helping them prepare for their trips and grow their programs by consulting on best practices to promote their trips and setting up future travel. You’ll manage key pre‑departure details and follow through on requests to ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience from enrollment through departure. You’ll begin as a Support Account Manager, learning the role, policies, and product while gaining exposure to our customers by assisting more tenured Account Managers. This includes providing out‑of‑office coverage and flexing your sales skills to upsell tour add‑ons or book returning travelers. This role is designed to set you up for long‑term success—providing the tools, experience, and support you need to thrive. Once fully ramped up and a book of business becomes available, you’ll step into the full Account Manager role and take ownership of your own customer portfolio. As an Account Manager, you will also be able to participate in the Sales Development Leadership Program, which accelerates the careers of high‑performing candidates and prepares them for leadership. You will play a critical role in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. The program offers training in sales, product development, marketing, industry trends, and public‑speaking opportunities. Key Tasks Manage and grow group trips within your own book of business by building a repeat sales pipeline and addressing pre‑departure questions. Build a repeat sales pipeline by encouraging Group Coordinators to set up future tours and using recruitment best practices to increase group size. Set correct expectations by providing detailed information to travelers so they fully understand each component of the trip prior to departure. Serve as the liaison between Group Coordinators and internal EF Go Ahead departments by initiating and following up on group requests. Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of our product, processes, and internal systems. A Successful Groups Account Manager Will Be Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English. Compensation: First‑year Account Managers have an on‑target earning potential of $70,000 (base salary starting at $50,000 and $20,000 bonus potential). Uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals.
