Bilingual Account Manager, Group Sales (Spanish/English) Start Date: September 1st, 2026 Applicants must reside in Massachusetts or be within commutable distance to the Cambridge, MA office. This role offers a hybrid schedule: work from home on Fridays and in office Monday through Thursday. The Role As an Account Manager, you will support Group Coordinators by preparing trips, consulting on best practices, and ensuring a high-quality experience from enrollment through departure. You will begin as a Support Account Manager, learn policies and products, and gain exposure by assisting senior Account Managers before taking full ownership of your customer portfolio. Key Tasks Manage and grow group trips within your portfolio by building a repeat sales pipeline and addressing pre-departure questions. Encourage Group Coordinators to book future tours and increase group size through recruitment best practices. Provide detailed travel information to travelers to set clear expectations before departure. Act as liaison between Group Coordinators and internal EF Go Ahead departments, initiating and following up on group requests. Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, and internal systems. Qualifications Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English; majority of communication is in English with occasional Spanish use. Self-starter, confident, and decisive in challenging situations. Adaptable team player comfortable with change, flexible, and focused. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
