Occupational TherapistThis position requires a night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional care and support to patients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to help improve their quality of life.ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments to determine patients' needs and baseline capabilities.Create and implement individualized treatment plans.Monitor and document patient progress.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and techniques.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent Occupational Therapist license.Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
