Operations Grant Manager

Operations Grants Manager Salary Range: $67,000–$71,000, commensurate with experience. PBS Hawai‘i is seeking a steady and organized Operations Grants Manager to support institutional, capacity‑building, and multi‑year grants that strengthen our long‑term sustainability. The ideal candidate is a clear writer, disciplined researcher, and someone who can manage multiple deadlines while keeping track of details. This role also uses emerging tools, including AI‑assisted research and writing platforms, to improve efficiency in prospecting, proposal development, and reporting. The Operations Grants Manager works closely with leadership to prepare proposals, manage calendars and reporting, track budgets and deliverables, and maintain strong relationships with foundations and agencies. The position requires a mix of writing, organization, and follow‑through, with a focus on supporting PBS Hawai‘i's core operations. Responsibilities include: Prepare proposals for institutional, capacity‑building, and multi‑year grants. Manage calendars and reporting schedules. Track budgets and deliverables. Maintain strong relationships with foundations and agencies. This position requires in‑person attendance during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
