Pay: Hourly-base plus appointment-setting commission structure Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays (one weekday off during rotating Saturday weeks)

Work under the direction of the BDC Manager and Sales Management Team. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, working internet leads, phone-ups, and service/sales follow-up to set qualified appointments. Log and update customer data in the CRM daily to keep records accurate and current. Create positive public relations while effectively managing timelines. Maintain a consistently positive and engaging demeanor on every call. Work toward CSI/SSI and appointment-setting targets set by management. Be invested in driving the dealership's success and hitting team goals. Qualifications and Skills

Valid and clean driving record for the past two years. Strong time management, teamwork, attention to detail, productivity, and sales orientation. Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. Ability to work in a process-driven environment. Comfortable navigating and managing multiple software applications at once (CRM experience a plus). Quick and efficient in learning new skills and systems. Ready to Join Our Team?
